Spending by category showed growth, with consumables rising by 1%, durables by 0.6%, and apparel by a notable 3.1%. Meanwhile, fuel expenditures remained stable, contrasting with declines in hospitality and motor vehicles, which fell by 0.3% and 2.7%, respectively. However, on an annual scale, total electronic card spending decreased by 0.4% in June, a more pronounced reduction compared to the 0.1% year-over-year decline observed in May.
