Angola's annual economic growth slowed to 1.1% in the second quarter of 2025, down from a revised 3.7% in the previous quarter. This represents the slowest growth in the current expansionary phase that started in the first quarter of 2024. The growth was primarily fueled by the non-oil sector, which grew by 3.4%. Conversely, the oil sector saw an 8.65% decline, its weakest performance since 2021.
