Nevertheless, the potential for further gains in the New Zealand dollar is tempered by the dovish policy outlook domestically. Analysts predict that the Reserve Bank of New Zealand may implement two additional rate cuts, which would lower the cash rate to 2.50%, marking it the lowest point since mid-2022.
