FX.co ★ Vietnam Retail Sales Rise the Most in 4 Months

Vietnam experienced a notable increase in retail sales, which grew by 10.6% year-on-year in August 2025. This represents an acceleration from the 9.2% rise recorded in July and signifies the most rapid growth since April of the same year. From January to August, the overall retail turnover saw a growth of 9.4%. When observed on a monthly scale, retail trade rose by 2.6%, outpacing the 1.1% increase noted in July.
