In July 2025, Bulgaria's construction output experienced a year-on-year increase of 6.1%, marking a deceleration from the revised increase of 6.8% observed in the prior month. The expansion in civil engineering works moderated to 5.8% from June's 6.2%, while specialized construction activities also showed a slowdown, easing to 8.1% from 9.9%. However, the growth rate in building construction held steady at 4.6%. When looking at the figures on a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, construction output saw a marginal rise of 0.1% in July, significantly lower than the revised 1.8% growth recorded in June.
