Poland's annual inflation rate remained steady at 2.9% in September, consistent with the previous month and representing the lowest level since June 2024, based on preliminary estimates. A decrease in fuel prices for personal transport equipment at -4.9% was counterbalanced by increased costs for food and non-alcoholic beverages at +4.2%, along with a 2.4% rise in electricity, gas, and other fuels. On a month-to-month basis, consumer prices remained unchanged in September, maintaining the same pace as in August.
