In September 2025, Serbia experienced a 1.8% year-on-year increase in producer prices, a notable acceleration from the 0.8% rise observed in August. This represents the most substantial growth recorded since January, largely fueled by higher price increases in the manufacturing sector, which rose to 1.7% from 0.4% in the previous month, and the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply sector, which edged up to 1.2% from 1.1%. Furthermore, the mining sector saw a reduction in cost declines, decreasing at a rate of -3.4% compared to -5.6% before. On a monthly basis, producer prices saw a 0.2% increase in September, recovering from a 0.6% drop in the prior period.
