Consumer prices in Palestine increased by 17.65% in September 2025 compared to the same period last year, showing a slowdown from the 35.46% rise seen in August. This represents the seventh month in a row of heightened inflation, largely influenced by a significant 38.29% jump in prices in the Gaza Strip due to continued Israeli conflicts. On a month-to-month basis, consumer prices decreased by 8.0% in September, following a 13.53% decline in the prior month, with Gaza experiencing a 13.48% monthly reduction.
