In September 2025, Armenia experienced a 10.5% year-over-year increase in economic activity, up from a 7.5% rise observed in August. This acceleration was primarily driven by robust growth across several sectors. Construction saw a notable increase of 22% compared to 21.1% in August. The industrial sector witnessed a boost from 5.8% to 10.1%, while the services sector grew by 7.9% up from 6.7%. However, trade activity showed a slowdown, growing by only 0.9% compared to the previous month's 1.7%. On a month-over-month basis, economic activity expanded by 9.8%, surpassing the 5.4% growth recorded in August. For the cumulative period from January to September, there was a 7.6% rise compared to the same period in the previous year.
