FX.co ★ Euro Area Labour Costs Rise at Slower Pace in Q3

In the third quarter of 2025, hourly labor costs in the Euro Area experienced a 3.5% year-on-year increase, slightly down from the 3.6% rise observed in the previous quarter, as indicated by preliminary estimates. The wage component saw a rise of 3.4%, a decrease from the 3.7% increase noted earlier, whereas the non-wage component showed a 3.5% growth, following a 3.6% increment in the second quarter.
