In October 2025, North Macedonia's industrial production experienced a 2.8% year-on-year increase, marking its second month of consecutive growth. This follows a 2.7% rise in September. There was a significant recovery in the output for the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply, which surged by 26.5% after a 2.5% decline in the previous month. The downturn in mining and quarrying activities also moderated, narrowing to a 0.2% decrease from the previous 1.7%. However, manufacturing production saw slower growth at 0.4%, compared to the 3.1% recorded in September. Cumulatively, from January to October, industrial production was up by 2.4% compared to the same period the previous year.
