The Polish economy grew by 3.8% in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in the previous year. This figure slightly surpasses the initial estimate of 3.7% and represents an increase from the 3.3% growth observed in the previous quarter. Notably, this is the most robust growth since the third quarter of 2022. The expansion was primarily driven by a recovery in gross fixed capital formation, which jumped to 7.1% from a decline of 0.7% in the second quarter, and positive net trade contributions. Additionally, household consumption remained strong, recording a 3.5% increase, although slightly lower than the 4.5% in the prior quarter. On a quarterly basis, adjusted for seasonal variations, the GDP grew by 0.9% in the third quarter, marking the fastest growth rate of the year, up from 0.8% in the preceding quarter.
