In November 2025, the Czech Republic's unemployment rate remained steady at 4.6%, consistent with both the previous month's figures and market expectations. This rate represents the highest unemployment level since March 2017. The total number of unemployed individuals increased marginally by 802 month-on-month to 341,311 and showed a significant rise of 50,886 compared to the same month in the prior year. Regionally, unemployment slightly increased in the South Bohemian area compared to October, whereas it decreased by 0.1% in both the Moravian-Silesian and Central Bohemian regions. Additionally, the count of available job vacancies saw a reduction, declining by 3,372 from the previous month to 90,627.
