In October 2025, Denmark's seasonally adjusted trade surplus decreased to DKK 28.1 billion, down from a revised DKK 34.1 billion in September. Imports grew by 0.8% month over month, reaching DKK 150.2 billion. This increase was primarily due to a 1.9% rise in goods imports, which offset a 0.5% decline in services imports. In contrast, exports declined by 2.6%, totaling DKK 178.3 billion. This downturn was reflected in both goods exports, which fell by 3.8%, and services exports, which decreased by 0.9%. For the first ten months of the year, Denmark's trade surplus amounted to DKK 272.7 billion, an improvement from DKK 264.9 billion during the same period the previous year.
