In November 2025, Uruguay's unemployment rate remained stable at 7.3%, consistent with the previous month. Disaggregating by gender, the unemployment rate was 5.8% for men and 9.0% for women. Youth unemployment persisted at a high rate of 24.2% among individuals aged 14–24, whereas the unemployment rate was notably lower for those aged 65 and above, at just 2.0%.
