In November 2025, Turkey recorded a 2.61% year-on-year increase in foreign visitors, reaching a total of 2.80 million. This follows a 4.32% rise observed in the previous month. Among the top five countries of origin, the number of visitors increased from Russia by 13.05% and from Bulgaria by 3.27%, whereas there was a decline from Germany (down 1.13%), Iran (down 6.22%), and the United Kingdom (down 6.20%). Istanbul emerged as the preferred destination, attracting 52.14% of all foreign tourists during the month, with Antalya and Edirne following at 14.74% and 11.53% respectively. For the period from January to November 2025, the total number of foreign arrivals remained almost the same as the previous year, totaling 50.06 million.
