In November 2025, Poland's unemployment rate remained steady at 5.6%, consistent with figures from the preceding two months and slightly below the anticipated 5.7%. The registered count of unemployed individuals increased by 6,300 from the previous month, reaching a total of 873,600. Among these, the number of unemployed men rose to 437,500, up from 432,500 in October, while the count of unemployed women slightly increased to 436,100 from 434,800. Conversely, the number of unemployed youth saw a reduction of 1,100, totaling 122,200. Concurrently, available job openings declined by 32,800 compared to the prior month, leaving 38,800 vacancies.
