In November 2025, Brazil's total volume of outstanding loans advanced by 0.9% from the previous month, reaching R$7.0 trillion. This growth pattern mirrored the pace observed in October. Loans to corporations increased by 0.3%, totaling R$2.6 trillion, while credit extended to households climbed by 1.2% to R$4.4 trillion. On an annual scale, overall credit growth moderated to 9.5%, down from October's rate of 10.2%. The growth in corporate credit continued its slowdown, rising by 7.0% year-over-year compared to 8.4% noted in October. Similarly, household credit growth experienced a slight deceleration, rising by 11.1% from the previous rate of 11.3%.
