According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), vehicle sales in China hit a record high of 34 million units in 2025, representing a 9.4% increase compared to the previous year. This growth marked an acceleration from a 4.5% increase in the prior year. However, December sales experienced a decline, falling 6.2% year-on-year to 3.273 million units, contrasting with a 3.4% increase in November.
