Indonesia's economy expanded by 0.86% quarter-on-quarter in the fourth quarter of 2025, surpassing market expectations of 0.6%. This growth, however, represents a slowdown from the slightly revised 1.42% increase observed in the third quarter. Despite being the third consecutive quarter of economic growth, this period marked the most modest expansion in the sequence, partly due to ongoing disruptions from the previous year's disaster in Sumatra.
