The prior reading, also measured on a year-over-year basis, showed a stronger pace of monetary expansion, indicating that liquidity growth has decelerated over the latest period. This slowdown in M2 growth may signal more moderate credit and deposit dynamics in the financial system compared with the previous comparison period.
