Despite the marginal decline, the index remains above the 50-point threshold that separates expansion from contraction, indicating continued growth in Germany’s services activity. The slight pullback from 52.9 to 52.5 suggests that while the sector is still on an upward trajectory, the pace of expansion has moderated.
