The October reading extends the positive trend in reserve accumulation, suggesting improved foreign currency inflows and a stronger capacity to manage external shocks and support currency stability. With reserves approaching the USD 50 billion mark, Ukraine has further widened its financial safety net heading into the later part of 2026.
