The Boston Dynamics brand was recently acquired by Google. The founders of the technological giant are confident that this robot manufacturer is an advantageous investment.

The main products of Boston Dynamics are androids capable of moving, like human beings and animals. Today the main developments of the company are the Cheetah robot, whose run speed reaches 46 kilometers per hour, SandFlea robot, which jumps up to 9 meters high, and Rise robot, that can climb trees and walls.

Atlas can walk bipedally leaving the upper limbs free to lift, carry, and manipulate the environment. In extremely challenging terrain, Atlas is strong and coordinated enough to climb using hands and feet, to pick its way through congested spaces.

It is noteworthy that the first series of these robots was created with the financial support of the Pentagon, which is considering to use androids for realization of their own tasks.

Many Internet users liked the video with Cheetah and a dog. The dog thought the robot was an enemy, so the animal barked and tried to bite the creation of Boston Dynamics.
