Petřín funicular (Prague, the Czech Republic)
It is the oldest funicular in the world. Opened in 1891, the transport line was initially operated thanks to water balance propulsion, and in 1932 it was electrified. Today, two funicular cabs rise to a height of 130 meters in just 4 minutes, and the length of the road is 510 meters. The route of the cable car passes along the slope of Petrin Hill, at the very top of which the so-called "Hungry Wall" is located.
