USD/JPY

My USDJPY H1 View - 27 Aug 2026 Current Price: 159.435

USD/JPY

1. Price Action Snapshot We bounced hard from 157.90 on 19th Aug and have been grinding higher since. Last few days it’s been a tight range between 159.20 and 159.50. Right now price is sitting right at the highs, just under 159.50, and holding above the red MA. It’s a slow uptrend with no big pullback. 2. What The Indicators Are Saying Alligator: All 3 lines green, red, blue are pointing up and nicely spread. Classic bullish alignment. No tangling. Bulls Power: At 0.0726 and mostly positive bars. Buyers are still in control, though momentum is small right now. RSI + Force: RSI at 57.83. Healthy, not overbought yet. Force is 15.2163 positive, so buyers are still pushing. MFI: 0.011 - volume/money flow is weak but steady. No big selling. CCI: 105.26. Above +100, showing bullish momentum is still active. 3. My Read On The Market This looks like a healthy uptrend with consolidation near the top. We didn’t get a deep dip, so buyers are defending 159.20 well. From my seat, as long as we hold above the Alligator, bias stays up. 4. Levels On My Radar Upside: 159.50 is the immediate wall. Break and close above that and I’m looking at 159.95, then new highs above 160.00. Downside: 159.20 is first support - that’s the MA and where buyers stepped in last time. Below that 158.45, then 158.17 where Alligator sits. My Signal: No shorts yet. I’d wait for a break below 159.20 with RSI under 50. For longs, I want either a dip to 159.20 with CCI back from -100, or a clean break of 159.50 with volume. 5. Overall Summary Short term bullish. Structure, Alligator, and CCI all agree. I’m looking to buy dips until we lose 159.20.
