Growth in Irish residential property prices eased in June 2026, with the year-over-year rate slowing to 5.60%, down from 6.20% in May 2026.
According to the latest data, updated on 19 August 2026, the June figure reflects a moderation in annual price growth when compared with the same month a year earlier. The previous reading for May was likewise based on a year-over-year comparison, measuring the price change relative to May of the prior year.
The data indicate that while residential property prices in Ireland are still rising on an annual basis, the pace of increase has decelerated as the market moves through mid-2026.
