EUR/USD Daily Analysis: Sellers Retain Control as Bearish Momentum Remains Intact Market Overview EUR/USD continues to trade under bearish pressure after sellers successfully pushed the pair below the 1.13660 area. Although part of the decline was recovered later in the session, the overall market structure still favors the downside. Sellers remain in control for now, and attention is focused on whether they can extend the current move toward lower support zones. Technical Analysis On the daily chart, price action remains aligned with the lower volatility band, which continues to point toward a bearish environment. The fact that the pair is holding near this band suggests that selling pressure is still active. As long as this setup remains unchanged, the possibility of further downside movement cannot be ignored. From a fractal perspective, the market has already reached the target represented by the August 1, 2025 fractal. If the pair remains below this level, the next significant objective could be the fractal formed on May 29, 2025, located near 1.12095. On the other hand, the nearest bullish fractal is still positioned well above the current market price. Because of this distance, traders may need to wait for a new and closer upward fractal before considering a stronger bullish scenario. The Awesome Oscillator continues to rise while remaining in negative territory. This indicates that bearish momentum has not yet disappeared and that additional weakness remains possible. A more convincing bullish signal would require the indicator to lose negative momentum and move closer to the zero line. Key Levels Support: 1.13235, 1.12095, 1.11301 Resistance: 1.14384, 1.14799, 1.15278 Buy Targets: 1.14799, 1.15278 Sell Targets: 1.12095, 1.11301 Trading Outlook The broader technical picture continues to favor sellers, with both price action and momentum indicators supporting the bearish case. A confirmed break below support could accelerate the decline toward lower targets, while buyers would need to reclaim resistance levels to signal a potential recovery. For now, the downside scenario remains the dominant outlook.
