CL/Crude Oil

Crude Oil H1 Market Forecast Crude oil is showing a clear bearish structure on the H1 chart, with price falling steadily from the 87.00 area toward 80.90. The market has formed a sequence of lower highs and lower lows, confirming strong selling pressure. After several periods of sideways movement around 84.50–85.70, sellers returned aggressively and pushed price below the 83.10 and 81.45 support areas. At the current level near 80.90, price is trading close to an important psychological zone. The latest candles remain weak, suggesting that bears are still controlling the short-term trend. However, because the decline has been sharp, a temporary rebound or consolidation can occur before the next major move. The nearest resistance zone is around 81.45–82.30. If price rebounds into this area and gets rejected, it could provide another opportunity for sellers. A stronger resistance zone is visible around 83.10, while the previous consolidation area near 84.50 could act as a higher resistance level if recovery becomes stronger. On the downside, 80.90 is the immediate level to watch. A clean H1 close below this area could open the way toward 80.00 and potentially 79.75. Traders should monitor price action carefully around these levels because a false breakout could trigger a quick recovery. The Bull indicator shown below the chart is deeply negative, supporting the bearish momentum. Red histogram bars have remained below the zero line, showing that selling pressure is still dominant. Overall, the H1 outlook remains bearish while crude oil stays below 81.45–82.30. Sellers may continue targeting lower support levels, but risk management is essential after such a strong decline. Traders should wait for confirmation rather than entering purely on momentum. Watch the 80.90 support and 81.45 resistance closely for the next directional signal. A sustained break below support would strengthen bearish expectations, while a decisive move back above 82.30 would weaken the immediate bearish setup and signal that buyers are attempting a recovery in price today.
