In other words, we expect prices to break out of this sideways channel, and once prices have a confirmed close beyond one of the levels you can conclude the direction will continue toward the breakout. If you take into account that the global trend is actually bullish and this is a pullback, then it is quite possible to expect a resumption of price growth, and in that case the asset's price may be pulled toward resistance at 3/8 and 4/8..
