Amazon (AMZN) and Grubhub (JET.L) have announced a collaboration aimed at making restaurant delivery more convenient and cost-effective for consumers.
Starting today, Amazon customers across the U.S. can now place orders from a vast selection of restaurants—numbering in the hundreds of thousands—via Grubhub on Amazon.com and the Amazon Shopping app.
Moreover, Prime members can take advantage of a complimentary ongoing Grubhub+ membership, valued at $120 annually, without the concern of it automatically transitioning into a paid subscription. Grubhub+ offers several perks including $0 delivery fees on eligible orders over $12, reduced service fees, 5% credit back on pick-up orders, and access to exclusive deals.
In addition to these benefits, Prime members can enjoy a limited-time offer: $5 off a Grubhub delivery order of more than $25, valid until June 2nd, using the promo code "PRIME5."
