The company's revenue grew to $850.5 million, up from $817.2 million the previous year.
Looking forward, BXP projects FFO of $1.80 to $1.82 per share and earnings of $0.54 to $0.56 per share for the third quarter. For the fiscal year 2024, the company anticipates FFO in the range of $7.09 to $7.15 per share and earnings between $2.08 and $2.14 per share.
