VSE Corp. (VSEC), an engineering services provider, announced on Thursday its decision to relocate its corporate headquarters to Miramar, South Florida.
The new headquarters will share a location with the company's Aviation segment headquarters and its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) center of excellence, situated at 3361 Enterprise Way, Miramar, FL, 33025.
John Cuomo, CEO of VSE, stated, "By merging our corporate headquarters with the Aviation segment headquarters and MRO facility, we anticipate fostering greater collaboration and creating a more dynamic and interconnected workspace for our team."
In addition, VSE plans to expand its workforce by adding 110 new employees over the next five years, supplementing the current 250 employees based in South Florida.
The company also aims to invest approximately $3.5 million in tenant improvements, which will include new office spaces, enhanced MRO capabilities, among other enhancements.
VSE operates facilities throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
