Voyager Acquisition Corp. (VACHU) has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 22 million units at $10.00 per unit. These units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "VACHU" starting August 9, 2024. Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Upon the commencement of separate trading of these securities, the Class A ordinary shares and the warrants will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols "VACH" and "VACHW," respectively.
Furthermore, the underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.30 million units from the Company to cover any over-allotments. The IPO is anticipated to close on August 12, 2024.
