U.S. utilities injected 95 billion cubic feet of natural gas into storage for the week ending June 13, bringing the total to 2.802 trillion cubic feet. This addition was in line with market forecasts of 96 billion cubic feet and marks a continuation of the natural gas storage build-up in preparation for the North American summer. Although stocks have increased, they are still 7.7% less than the same period the previous year but are 6.1% higher than the five-year average.
