The mood among German investors worsened in June, a survey by Mannheim-based Center for European Economic Research (ZEW) showed.
The ZEW indicator of economic sentiment for Germany tumbled to -16.4, below economists’ expectations of -14.6.
ZEW’s gauge of current conditions slid to 80.6 in June. Meanwhile, analysts had predicted the decline to 85.
A measure of expectations for the eurozone dropped to -12.6, below the consensus forecast of 0.1.
