NNN REIT, Inc. (NNN) has reported a rise in its first-quarter Funds from Operations (FFO) to $151.26 million, up from $145.55 million the previous year. The FFO per share rose to $0.83, up from $0.80. There was also an increase in Core FFO per share, climbing from $0.80 to $0.83. Meanwhile, the Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) per share also saw a slight increase, growing to $0.84 from $0.82. Net earnings also showed a positive trend, with an increase to $94.37 million from $90.17 million the previous year. Earnings per share grew to $0.52 from $0.50.
On another note, six analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters predicted the company to report a per-share profit of $0.48 for the quarter. It should be noted that analysts' estimates usually do not include special items.
As for revenues, NNN experienced an increase to $215.41 million, up from the previous year's $204.11 million. Generally, analysts had forecasted a revenue of $211.46 million.
