Dunleavy, who brings over 20 years of experience in enhancing the strategy and performance of leading consumer brands, was previously President and Chief Financial Officer at Away. Her extensive career includes three years at Nike and sixteen years at Comcast and NBCUniversal, with her professional journey beginning at General Electric.
In her new dual role at Olaplex, Dunleavy will be responsible for overseeing the company’s business operations, ensuring all functions are aligned to execute the company's strategy efficiently and drive performance.
Gohman, an experienced marketing and brand expert, has a distinguished background in growing prestigious retail and beauty brands. She began her career at L'Oréal and has held significant marketing positions at Ralph Lauren, Coach, and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Marc Jacobs.
As Chief Marketing Officer at Olaplex, Gohman will lead the company’s global marketing initiatives, aiming to enhance brand awareness, relevance, and loyalty among both stylists and consumers.
