LANXESS announced that its projected EBITDA pre-exceptionals for the second quarter of 2024 is set to significantly surpass both the average market expectations and the figures from the same quarter last year. The preliminary data indicates that the EBITDA pre-exceptionals will reach €181 million, marking a 69 percent increase compared to the prior year's second quarter.
Furthermore, LANXESS has reaffirmed its full-year EBITDA pre-exceptionals growth forecast, anticipating an increase of 10 to 20 percent over the previous year. The company also expects the EBITDA pre-exceptionals for the third quarter to be at or near the level achieved in the second quarter.
