Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. (WOOF) announced on Wednesday that Joel Anderson has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, effective July 29, 2024. Additionally, Anderson will join the Company’s Board of Directors.

R. Michael Mohan will transition from his current role as interim CEO on July 29, 2024, to chairing a new Board committee focused on Petco's ongoing value creation initiatives. Mohan will work closely with Anderson to ensure a seamless leadership transition and the continued execution of the company’s strategic objectives.
