In February 2025, construction activity in Sweden experienced a decline of 1.2% compared to the same month the previous year. This follows a revised decrease of 5.5% in January. This trend reflects the second straight month of reduced output in the construction sector, which represents 9.1% of the total value within the private sector. However, when compared to December, construction activity actually increased by a seasonally adjusted rate of 1.3% in January.
