Residential property prices in Ireland saw a 7.5% increase in July 2025 compared to the same month the previous year. This represents a slowdown from June's upwardly revised growth rate of 7.9%, making it the smallest annual increase since March 2024. The deceleration in price growth affected both houses, which rose by 7.7% compared to 8.1% in June, and apartments, which increased by 6.0% from 6.9%. Price growth in Dublin also eased, growing by 6.0% down from 6.8%, while outside the capital, prices increased by 8.7% compared to 8.8% previously. On a month-by-month basis, residential property prices rose by 0.8% in July, slightly down from June's revised 1.1% increase.
