In October 2025, the business confidence index in the Czech Republic saw an increase of 1.8 percentage points, reaching 103.4, up from 101.6 in September. This boost was primarily influenced by enhanced sentiment in the industrial sector, which recorded a significant rise of 4.3 points, climbing to 99.8 from 95.5. Additionally, there was a modest improvement in the selected services sector, which inched up by 0.6 points to 106.2 from 105.6. However, sentiment declined in other sectors such as construction, which dropped to 121.8 from 125.4, and trade, which fell to 95.6 from 99.6.
