In the fourth quarter of 2025, business confidence in Hong Kong improved to -2, up from -8 in the preceding quarter. The proportion of respondents anticipating better business conditions increased to 13% in Q4 2025, compared to 10% in Q3, while the percentage of those expecting conditions to deteriorate fell to 15%, down from 18% in Q3.
