In the second quarter of 2025, the average gross monthly earnings for employees in Cyprus saw a year-on-year rise of 4.2%, reaching EUR 2,476, following a 4.9% growth in the first quarter. Men's wages experienced a 3.8% increase, amounting to EUR 2,656, whereas women's wages grew by 4.7%, totaling EUR 2,251. When compared to the previous quarter, seasonally adjusted wages went up by 0.9%, bringing them to EUR 2,583.
