However, households shifted to a slightly negative view of their financial situation over the past year, with the indicator dipping to -0.1 from 6.9, and their future financial optimism declined to 10.1 from 21.8. Concurrently, there was an increase in negativity concerning the country's economic performance over the last twelve months, with the reading dropping to -8.3 from -3.3.
