In September 2025, Lithuania's current account surplus experienced a decrease, falling to EUR 352.32 million from the previous year's figure of EUR 659.6 million for the same month. Notably, the services account surplus witnessed growth, reaching EUR 1,165.65 million, up from EUR 885.40 million the prior year. The secondary income surplus also improved, increasing to EUR 38.30 million compared to EUR 18.11 million previously. Conversely, the deficit in the goods account significantly expanded, reaching EUR 533.10 million from last year's EUR 118.56 million. Additionally, the primary income deficit widened to EUR 269.53 million, surpassing the previous EUR 125.37 million.
