In October 2025, Brazil's automobile production experienced a modest increase, registering a 1.8% rise from the preceding month, reaching a total of 247,800 units. Specifically, the production of passenger cars saw a slight uptick of 0.9% to 184,800 units, while the light commercial vehicles segment surged by 7% to 50,600 units. The manufacturing of trucks also showed a minor increase of 0.5%, culminating in 10,200 units. Conversely, bus production saw a significant decline, plummeting 23.4% to 2,134 units. When compared year-on-year, the overall vehicle output noted a slight decrease of 0.5%.
