In October 2025, Kyrgyzstan's industrial production experienced a 2.2% year-on-year increase, marking a recovery from the previous month's 5.8% decline. This upturn was primarily fueled by a significant rise in mining and quarrying outputs, which escalated by 21.6%, maintaining the same growth rate as September. Additionally, water supply production saw a substantial increase of 24.3%, compared to the earlier 21.3%. Meanwhile, the manufacturing sector witnessed a less pronounced decline of 0.5%, improving from the prior month's 11.5% drop. Conversely, there was a marked deceleration in the growth of output for electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply, which fell to 8.8% from 31.1%. Over the first ten months of the year, industrial activity was 9.8% higher than the same period the previous year.
