In September 2025, residential property prices in Ireland experienced a year-on-year increase of 7.6%, following a revised 7.5% rise in August. This represents the most significant growth in three months. Specifically, house prices increased by 7.7% compared to 7.6% in August, while apartment prices saw a rise of 7.2%, up from 6.8%. Regionally, Dublin witnessed a deceleration in price growth, decreasing to 5.3% from 5.5%. Conversely, areas outside the capital experienced an uptick, with prices rising to 9.4% from the previous 9.2%. On a monthly basis, residential property prices rose by 0.9% in September, maintaining the same growth rate as the previous month.
